The new bot item will create a new bot. You need to make sure you have your options on or off for what you want it to do. For instance if you have Notes on, the bot will handle notes, if its off, it will not handle notes.
If you do want to have files set up you must have an incoming directory setup, or the bot will not accept incoming files.
Most of the other dialogs have been built to be self explanatory.
I assure you that every command is the most powerfull version of it available.
Also, seekerbot may be incompatible with New Look.

Addendum SeekerBot 1.0.5
This is a full working version of SeekerBot. There are many known bugs, as of which none will be fixed, due to the advant of SeekerBot 2.0 which should be release sometime in Fall of 1995.
SeekerBot 1.0.X is no longer supported by the author, (wait for SeekerBot 2.0)
In addition it should be noted that SeekBot 2.0 is being coded in an entirely new way, is PPC/68k compatible (FAT) and looks, acts far superiorly to SeekerBot 1.0.
